The chapters offered numerous educational opportunities for members in recent months. Education days held in Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Halifax and St. John’s from September through November saw close to 800 people attending, and that number jumps to over 950 if you include education days held in Vancouver and Fredericton in the spring. 

The focus on the HIM Conference 2020: Collected + Curated, presented by CHIMA will mean fewer chapter education days this year, but other online opportunities will be available to the members.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank Stephanie Tambeau for her efforts as ON chapter committee chair and to welcome Carol Adam, who has stepped into the role, bringing with her a wealth of insight and experience. Leadership changes for other chapter committees are also taking place shortly. Thank you to Vanessa Pozniak and Jennifer Currie for their dedication and hard work as outgoing chairs of their respective chapter committees (SK and NSPE).
