Where do I locate my membership renewal receipt?

You will be emailed a receipt for your recent purchase automatically. It may take a few minutes after paying for it to arrive in your inbox. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received it. Also, please ensure your email is up to date before making your purchase. If you haven’t already, mark CHIMA as a ‘safe sender’. If you receive CHIMA emails at work, you may need to contact your IT department to assist with this process.
You can also locate your receipt within your dashboard. To do so, please follow the steps listed below:
- Sign in to your CHIMA account
- Click into My account
- Click into Orders
- On this page, you will be able to select your order and view the receipt
