Why did my order fail?

If your membership renewal payment failed, you may have entered incorrect information at checkout (e.g., name, expiration date, CVC number, and billing address must match that of the credit card).

If you have already navigated away from the checkout area, you must navigate to the product and re-process the order.

If you have a stored payment method, it may have expired. To adjust your stored payment method, follow these steps to edit your stored credit card information:

  1. Sign into echima.ca
  2. Click into My account
  3. Click into Payment methods
  4. Delete the payment method you have stored
  5. Re-enter your credit card information

Once you have completed the above steps, you can place your order.
