I am a professional member and was unable to register and vote as a member for the AGM. Why was I unable to register and unable to vote?

To participate in the Annual General Meeting, members are required to register by a certain date and time prior to a cut-off period, as outlined in the meeting package that was distributed to membership at the end of June 2024.
