How to request an official replacement certificate
To request a physical copy of your certificate, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your CHIMA account using the button at the top right of the home page; you will be automatically redirected to your dashboard
2. Scroll down and click into Canadian College of Health Information Management card
3. Click into the Official certificate replacement card
4.Under Official certificate replacement, click on the ‘Select options’ button
