3terra is a Canadian health information software company based in Mississauga, Ontario. For the past decade it has supported hospitals with DQA, a platform that helps improve coding accuracy and the quality of coded data, and turn it into a consistent and reliable resource for decision support, funding and case mix analytics, and education. Over 50 hospitals across Ontario use DQA today, together accounting for roughly 70% of the province’s acute inpatient discharges, and the people using it every day are health information professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
