The Canadian College of Health Information Management (College) would like to announce the successful accreditation of Eastern College\u2019s Medical Office Administration program.<\/p>

The Medical Office Administration program at Eastern College is a 46-week diploma designed to prepare students for administrative careers in clinical and medical environments. The program provides strong foundations in medical billing and bookkeeping, medical office procedures, electronic medical records, terminology, and healthcare communication. Students develop job-ready skills through simulation-based learning and practical coursework that reflects real industry expectations. Graduates of Eastern College are eligible to pursue the Health Information\u2013Certified Associate (HICA) credential, which supports entry into the Canadian healthcare workforce and strengthens future career opportunities through recognized certification and practical, industry-aligned training.<\/p>
