The Canadian College of Health Information Management (College) would like to announce the successful accreditation of Western Community College’s Medical Office Assistant program.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Medical Office Assistant program at Western Community College is a 1-year program that will provide students with the knowledge and training to be successful in a medical office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students will learn how to communicate accurately with medical professionals and patients. They will learn the skills to perform office duties at a medical office or clinic, such as medical billing, medical transcription, and medical office procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
