Upon completion, program graduates will be required to demonstrate their ability to effectively evaluate, establish and administer health records management systems and employ non-invasive clinical tasks to support effective and efficient health&nbsp;service operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are excited to have this wonderful accreditation, it recognizes the high quality of education students in our program receive. The demand for health information professionals has never been greater in this rapidly expanding field. Our graduates are offered the opportunity to take the important step of becoming health information professionals and expanding their career pathways,\u201d says&nbsp;Marie Rutherford, Faculty Onboarding and Development, Georgian College, Barrie Campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Our college is proud to announce the accreditation of the Office Administration &#8211; Health Services diploma program offered by&nbsp;Georgian College,&#8221; states Jeff Nesbitt, CEO &amp; registrar of the Canadian College of Health Information Management and CHIMA. &#8220;We look forward to supporting faculty and students through this program and welcoming graduates who write and pass our Health Information-Certified Associate (HICA) national certification examination (NCE).
