Effective January 4, 2021, this stamp will accompany all CPE activities approved by the College and indicate the number of credits that can be earned.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CPE program is in place to ensure health information professionals enhance their skills and expand their knowledge for the duration of their career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional members of the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) participate in the CPE program to maintain their certification(s) with the College and continue using their professional designations (e.g., CHIM).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizations who would like\u00a0the College to recognize their content as relevant and important to professionals who work with health information can contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:general@cchim.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">general@cchim.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Canadian College of Health Information Management (College) is proud to announce its new, official continuing professional education (CPE) program stamp.
