Kait and Cierra are both excited about engaging members in these new roles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019d also like to take the opportunity to give our sincere thanks to both Lindsey Page (BCYT chapter) and Lissa Jutras (ABNT chapter) as the outgoing chairs. Their hard work and dedication as chairs since 2016 have helped the BCYT and ABNT chapters evolve and positioned them for continued success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/healthinfocanada.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Womanjogging-1024x660.webp\" alt=\"Woman jogging on a trail in the country\" class=\"wp-image-819175\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The BCYT chapter recently released a session,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.echima.ca\/product\/0058-wellness-and-wellbeing\/\">0058 Wellness and Wellbeing<\/a>.\u00a0Taking care of your mental health\u00a0is important at every stage of your life. This education session provides strategies on how to achieve balance in your work and personal life. This is true for the mentor and the mentee. This education session outlines many aspects of mentorship and helps guide you to using it to enhance your career.
