Formal business meeting<\/strong> \u2013 where organizational updates and essential business matters will be discussed and voted upon.<\/p><p><strong>2. Town hall session<\/strong> \u2013 an interactive forum for members to engage, ask questions, and provide feedback on the direction and initiatives of the organization.<\/p><p><strong>Registration Details<br \/><\/strong>Registration for the AGM will open 21 to 35 days prior to the event. During this period, a comprehensive meeting package, including the agenda, reports, and supporting documents, will be made available for download through your CHIMA account.
