She earned her Bachelor of Education in 1998 and taught K-12 before joining the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN) in 2015. Since 2021, she has been Director of Information Governance and Implementation Lead for the First Nation Data Governance Strategy, advancing Data Sovereignty and supporting First Nations\u2019 rights to self-determination.<\/p>\n<p>Dinesh Khadka has worked with HSDS-FSIN for over six years as a research analyst, following roles as a health director and lead addiction counselor in Saskatchewan First Nations communities. He supports surveys, research projects, and data governance initiatives in the Saskatchewan region. A Certified First Nations Health Manager, he holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Health Studies from Bradford University.
