This session will provide an overview of the health information landscape in Canada and how health information curricular standards have evolved to expand on the Information Governance concepts, best practices, policies, and procedures. Our new curricular framework allows for greater inclusion and availability for all professionals currently working in the health ecosystem, as well as those starting their academic journey to join the health workforce. By working with academic partners across Canada in certificate, diploma, degree, and master\u2019s programs, Information Governance literacy is more accessible for both full-time students and working professionals.<\/p>

Session 3: Integrity in Health information: Balancing Privacy and Ethical Management<\/strong><\/a><\/p>

In this session, we\u2019ll explore how to navigate the complex interplay between safeguarding patient privacy and upholding ethical standards in health information management.
