A<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Since CHIMA isn’t a soliciting corporation under the CNCA, it doesn’t have to make its financial statements public. CHIMA treats its financial statements as confidential and not for public sharing because they contain sensitive information that could impact the organization’s strategic goals if leaked. Directors, officers, and employees of CHIMA must keep this information private. CHIMA limits access to the financial information to those who need it and reminds them to keep it confidential. Members who access the financial statements are also expected to treat them as confidential and not share them publicly.
