Fraser Health Authority began its clinical system transformation journey in the summer of 2020. Four years later, with Meditech Expanse implemented in four hospitals, the journey continues, and HIM is seizing the opportunity to reimagine itself. This presentation will cover the past four years, highlighting the formation of a core project team, the challenges faced during the design and implementation phases, staffing issues, and more. Throughout the journey, the project team’s commitment to reimagining HIM has remained steadfast.
