The evidence is clear, strong leadership in healthcare leads to better outcomes for patients and our communities and a culture of respect and retention for the health workforce. This applies to everyone, for all professions, and across the continuum . There are gold standard and best practice approaches to leadership development for individuals and at the organizational level that drive optimal skills and collaboration.
