Call for Volunteers: Contribute to Our Technology & Analytics HIM E-Book Series

We are currently seeking volunteers to contribute to the Technology and Analytics installations of our e-book series (these are two separate e-books).
 
If you have expertise in health information management with a focus on technology or analytics, we invite you to consider participating as a content writer or reviewer. If interested, please contact courtney.sabo@echima.ca with your current resume.
 
In addition to the main content, we are also collaborating with volunteers to develop supplementary elements that will accompany each e-book. These engaging and informative “extras” will appear alongside the core material. If you have experience in HIM technology or analytics and would like to support one of these elements, please reach out to courtney.sabo@echima.ca.
 
Competency areas for the Technology e-book include:
• Technology systems policies and processes
• Health information exchange

• Health care statistics
• Research design and methods
• Analytics indicators and reporting policies and processes
• Advanced analytics policies and processes
• Business intelligence policies and processes
• Consumer informatics

Please note that we are looking for individuals with experience working with HIM technology, analytics or both.
 
Volunteers will be eligible for CPE credits and will be recognized as contributors to the e-book.
