The Canadian College of Health Information Management (College) works with various organizations to advance the health information profession.
The College is proud to announce a new partnership subscription to broaden the health information ecosystem and continuously seek knowledge from thought leaders and subject matter experts.
Subscribed organizations may add their educational resources such as frameworks, templates, standards, or briefs to the College’s open-source, public library. There are also opportunities to add thought leadership articles to the news section of cchim.ca and receive brand recognition through the College’s digital channels.
Partnership opportunities for educational institutions
When an educational institution becomes an official College partner, they can obtain access to valuable resources* for their faculty and students. Currently, the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) eStore, Learning Centre, and eQuery are available. As well, institutions can apply for accreditation* for their health information programs. Lastly, their enrolled students will be eligible to purchase a membership with CHIMA, Canada’s health information management association.
*Accreditation and access to educational resources may include additional fees
Update: Effective May 24, 2022, the College Partnership Subscription is now referred to as the College Educational Resources Program.
