When are members notified of the annual general meeting?

Under section 175 of the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (CNCA), a corporation needs to send a summary of its annual financial statements or a similar document (like an annual report) to its members at least 21 days, but no more than 60 days, before the annual meeting or when members sign a written resolution.
