Under sections 172 and 175 of the Canadian Not-For-Profit Act (CNCA), there’s no need to give members copies of the financial statements at the AGM. Just sending a summary or a document with the financial info is enough. So, the organization includes a copy of the financial summary in the Accountability Report.
