Accessing your account after being locked out
If you enter your password too many times, you will get locked out of your account. After being locked out, you can log in again after following these steps:
- Empty your browser’s cache
- Refresh echima.ca
- Click on the green ‘reset your password’ button on the home page
- Check for an email from CHIMA (it could end up in your junk folder)
- Choose a NEW secure password
- Sign in using your new details
Please ensure you check the ‘I agree to the Terms and Conditions’ and the ‘I am not a robot’ boxes
