We’re pleased to welcome Dr. Radica Bissoondial as CHIMA’s new Privacy Community Facilitator!

Dr. Bissoondial is a Certified Health Information Management Professional (CHIM), healthcare leader, and educator with a diverse background spanning healthcare administration, education, and research.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in retirement and long-term care facilities, along with teaching and academic leadership roles at colleges and universities across Canada and the United States. She currently teaches in Fanshawe College’s postgraduate Health Systems Management program and is affiliated with academic institutions offering programs in healthcare administration, public health, health information management, and seniors care.

With a Bachelor of Science, Master of Health Administration, Master of Education, and Doctor of Health Administration, Dr. Bissoondial brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the community.

A strong believer in lifelong learning, she values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and applying education to real-world challenges.
