2025 Annual General Meeting & Town hall
Mark your calendars for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Canadian College of Health Information Management and CHIMA, Canada’s Health Information Management association.
This important event will feature two key segments:
1. Formal Business Meeting – where organizational updates and essential business matters will be discussed and voted upon.
2. Town Hall Session – an interactive forum for members to engage, ask questions, and provide feedback on the direction and initiatives of the organization.
Registration Details
Registration for the AGM will open 21 to 35 days prior to the event. During this period, a comprehensive meeting package, including the agenda, reports, and supporting documents, will be made available for download through your CHIMA account. Members are encouraged to review the materials ahead of the meeting to ensure active and informed participation.
